In the event we cannot resolve it immediately, a member of our customer service team will contact you to obtain details of the problem. Our guarantee is to contact you within six hours between the hours of 9 and 5, Monday to Friday.

We'll come back with a solution. We're very confident we can help and the most important thing for us is that you're happy.
