Our Loyalty Rewards Scheme couldn't be simpler.
- The spend figure starts building from your very first order. Then, for a full year, you'll receive great discounts depending on the spend band you achieve.
- Once you achieve a certain band this discount will apply to all orders you place until you either reach the next level or the 12th month anniversary of your first qualifying order.
- * Reward Discounts do not apply to delivery charges, express order charges, cancelled or refunded orders, file/sample copy charges, extra charges incurred if you choose multiple sets in your order or VAT. Rewards discounts are not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Your discount rate is always based on your previous 365 days orders.
- Spend figures/discounts are account specific and are non-transferable.
