Are all printed booklets the same?
Not quite. There are three types of booklet:

Saddle Stitched booklets
Great for documents of between eight and 64 pages, saddle stitched booklets are put together using double page spreads that are stacked and then folded down the middle so that each spread makes four printed pages. They are then bound together with staples along the fold.

This sort of booklet printing is often used for brochures, magazines and reports.

Wiro bound booklets
Also called spiral binding, this method is where single leaves are stacked and then hole punched along the rear edge. Wire is then fed through the holes to bind the leaves together. Spiral bound booklets can have up to 180 leaves printed on both sides to make 360 printed pages.

The booklets open completely flat and fold back around, making them perfect for presentations, reference books and manuals.

Perfect bound booklets
With perfect binding, pages are stacked and squared off in a block. They are then glued together along the spine with strong, flexible PUR adhesive before the cover is wrapped around and glued to the spine. Perfect bound booklets can be up to 700 pages making them perfect for magazines, reports, brochures and even novels.

What sizes are available?
